A sun tan can be bad for your skin and you can’t always tell the difference between the good and bad.
So how do you know when to go out and get a good tan?
The answer is simple, it depends on the type of sun.
Good sun tan If you’re looking to reduce your sunburn and keep it off, go for a good, natural tan, or you want to maintain your natural tan look, a sun tan is a must.
Bad sun tan: suns that are too much to take sun rays and make your skin appear discoloured Bad sun tan – a lot of sun can make your complexion look discolored, or worse – it can make it look like you’ve just been punched in the face by a brick.
This can cause discolouration, unevenness, uneven tan lines, and discolouring.
It can also lead to wrinkles and uneven skin tone.
To avoid these problems, avoid wearing a sun hat, sun face, sun shades, and sunscreen on your head or body when you’re out and about.
The sun will appear cooler and less intense.
As a rule of thumb, if you’ve been wearing a hat, a face shield, a sunscreen, and/or sunscreen for at least 10 minutes before a sun sun tanning session, you should go for the more intense sun tan.
But if you’re not yet prepared to go that far, go with the more gentle sun tan instead.
You’ll still get a sunburn, but the sun tan will be more intense.
